Scott Bryce
Carpenter
Scott has been with Lindstrom’s since 1981. He has risen to a Lead Carpenter over the many years he has been with Lindstrom Restoration. He enjoys every aspect of the carpenter position, particularly the variation in each day. Now retired, Scott spend 26 years as a fireman on the Mound Fire Department. Outside of work Scott enjoys playing golf and any outdoor activity. Most of his summer weekends are spent in northern Minnesota at his cabin with his family. Scott and his wife Sue have been married for over 25 years, they have two children together.

Tony Kramer
Carpenter
Tony joined the Lindstrom Restoration team in 1996. He has advanced to become one our skilled Lead Carpenters. Tony is happily married to his wife, Tanya, they do not have any children, as of yet! Tony enjoys working at Lindstrom’s and looks forward to many more rewarding years ahead.
Tom Senescall
Carpenter
Tom started working for Lindstrom Restoration in 1997. Tom works for Lindstrom’s as a finish carpenter. He attended the Hennepin County Vocational Technical School, where he studied carpentry. He initially began in the construction industry within commercial construction. Tom worked in this area for over 20 years, where he also completed the Carpenter’s Union Apprenticeship program. He also held multiple positions during the years, including foreman and superintendent. Outside of work, Tom loves to travel.
Rob Erickson
Carpenter
Rob has been involved in the insurance restoration industry since 1989. In 1999, Rob joined Lindstrom Restoration as a carpenter. He now mainly specializes in finish carpentry. In his spare time, he enjoys playing hockey, hunting and fishing. Rob has been married to his wife for over 15 years, and they have two children together.
Mike Christiansen
Carpenter
Mike began working at Lindstrom Restoration in 1999. He enjoys all aspects and responsibilities of the carpenter position. In his leisure time, Mike enjoys fishing and playing softball. He especially likes spending time with his wife and daughter.
Jason Marshall
Carpenter
In 2000, Jason joined Lindstrom Restoration as a Carpenter. He has worked many large projects as the Lead Carpenter. Jason has been married to his wife Jamie for six years. They have two boys together, Tyler and Brady. In his spare time, Jason enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, and anything outdoors.
Matt Palm
Carpenter
In 2004 Matt joined the Lindstrom Restoration carpentry team. His responsibilities include all aspects of the restoration process, everything from demolition to finish carpentry. Outside of Lindstrom’s Matt enjoys a variety of sports, such as softball, broom ball, hockey, and football. Besides sports, he also likes hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with his family, including his seven siblings. Matt and his wife have been married since December 2007.
Mike Hendrickson

Carpenter
Mike has been with Lindstrom Restoration since 2008. His specialty within Lindstrom’s is tile work and flooring. He likes to spend most of his time helping people in need, which makes him a valuable asset for Lindstrom’s. Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys playing softball, skiing, and traveling.

Don Koopman
Warehouse Manager
Don has been with Lindstrom’s since 1987. He has held a variety of positions within our company including, painting and working in our warehouse. Don is now our Warehouse Manager. Managing both of our warehouses, where boxed contents and furniture items are stored from damaged homes. Outside of work, Don enjoys pheasant hunting, fishing, and exercising.
Diana Smith
Cleaner & Pack-Out
Diana has been with Lindstrom Restoration since November 1999. Prior to joining Lindstrom’s Diana worked for a different insurance restoration company, combined she has over 20 years of experience. Diana specializes in fire, water and smoke cleaning, pack-outs, and various responsibilities such as yard work and post construction cleaning. Diana’s favorite part of her job is the variety of each day. Diana loves spending time with her family, especially her daughter, son-in-law, and her grandson.
Shawn Wade
Cleaner & Demolition
Shawn became a part of the Lindstrom Restoration team in 2001. He specializes in fire and water damage cleanup, as well as carpet cleaning. Shawn is also part of our Pack Out Crew where he conducts inventory and packing of homes that have been damaged. In his spare time he enjoys out door activities, especially fishing. His son is a very significant person in his life. Shawn is extremely proud of his son’s accomplishments at college. His son attends the North Dakota State College of Science majoring in Dentistry, where he also plays football.
Shari Potts
Cleaner & Pack-Out
Shari joined the Lindstrom Restoration team in 2004. She also has an additional six years of experience prior to joining Lindstrom’s. Besides cleaning, she also is part of our Pack Out Crew. She especially finds this part of her job satisfying because she loves helping people. In her spare time Shari enjoys camping, bonfires, fishing and spending time with her family and friends. Her two granddaughters are an extremely important part of her life.
Andrew Hennen
Cleaner & Demolition
Andrew began working at Lindstrom Restoration in 2005; at that time he became a third generation employee, after his father and grandfather. Andrew enjoys all aspects of his job, everything from demolition work to post construction cleaning. He strives to work with clients to return their homes back to their original condition. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys hunting, fishing, power sports, and spending time with his family and friends.
Dylan Stoltz
Cleaner & Demolition
Dylan began working for Lindstrom Restoration in 2007. His work mainly includes cleaning, along with demolition work. He enjoys spending time with his parents and two sisters. Dylan is an avid outdoors man. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Dylan also enjoys spending time with his friends playing recreational sports, such as football and soccer. His favorite part about Lindstrom’s is all of his coworkers and the variety of every day.

Verne Morrow
Painter
Verne has been painting for over 30 years. He has been a painter in the restoration industry since 1991, and has been in Lindstrom’s since 2007. Verne specializes in coating and taping of the painting process. Outside of the work at Lindstrom’s Verne enjoys fishing and hunting. He also loves to golf.
Erik Powers
Painter
Erik works in the painting division, specializing in quality interiors. He has been painting professionally for over eight years and has worked with Lindstrom’s since August 2007. Erik has a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin Stout and also attended the Culinary Institute of America. He and his wife Sarah live in South Minneapolis and are expecting their first child in July of 2009.
Chad Hannula
Painter
Chad has been with Lindstrom’s since 2007. He has been in the restoration industry for eight years. Chad attended the University of Minnesota, where he initially pursued a career in Management. He then decided to make a significant career change in 2001, from his retail management position to a career in craftsmanship. Chad now specializes in fine finishing’s, such as enameling and varnishing. His hobbies include outdoor activities, such as golfing, boating, motorcycling, and water sports. Chad believes that there is nothing more satisfying than helping out people who have been devastated by a fire.
Jim Heinzen
Painter
In April of 2008, Jim joined the Lindstrom Restoration Painting team. Prior to joining Lindstrom’s Jim had over 20 years of painting experience. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, especially his two boys.
Tim Palm
Painter & Drywall
Tim has been specializing in drywall for over 23 years. He joined Lindstrom's in 2008. He enjoys spending his time helping others, particularly being involved in the Mound Fire Department, where he has been a fireman for 20 years. Tim also enjoys golfing, hunting, and going up north. Tim and his wife Christy have four children together.
