Over sixty years ago Dr. Lindstrom’s father, Carl Lindstrom, began a small cleaning company that eventually grew into what we know today as Lindstrom Restoration. Over ten years ago Dr. Lindstrom became the Chairman and CEO of Lindstrom Restoration. As an internationally recognized ophthalmologist and corneal, cataract, refractive and laser surgery leader, Dr. Lindstrom continues to be extremely involved in all aspects of the management of Lindstrom Restoration. Chuck began working at Lindstrom Restoration in 1973, when he was only 15 years old. He has experience as a cleaner, carpenter, operations manager, sales estimator, as well as running the scheduling for our crews. Chuck now holds the role as our Chief Financial Officer. Chuck also has extensive training in Restoration Technologies, such as deodorizing, water damages, and furniture repair. He also currently holds a certification as an Infrared Thermographer.

Over 25 years ago Gary became a part of Lindstrom Restoration. He has climbed his way through almost every position, including cleaning, painting, carpentry, and estimating, to his current position, President of Operations. His extensive commitment to the success of Lindstrom’s is felt with everyone who works with Gary. Outside of Lindstrom’s he enjoys spending time at his cabin, snowmobiling, watching sports, and spending time with his family. Gary, his wife, and two children live in the northern suburbs.

Kevin has been in the insurance repair business since 1993. He began his career with Lindstrom's as a carpenter, and eventually graduated to the position of Lead Carpenter, with the responsibility to run and coordinate large insurance restoration projects. After this position in the field division, Kevin found it necessary to challenge himself again, and went on to pursue the sales and marketing side of the industry. Since then, he has become the President of Sales, dedicating himself to helping Lindstrom's become one of the most renowned restoration contractors in the Upper Midwest. In his spare time, Kevin enjoys traveling, golfing, boating on Lake Minnetonka and spending time with family and friends. Kevin has been married to his wife, Eileen, for 26 years and they have three children together.

Mick has been employed with Lindstrom’s since 1984. He works in our Operations Department as a project manager. Part of his job is also conducting job cost analysis. Mick received his undergraduate degrees from the University of Minnesota, Morris, in Business Economics and Economics. Mick earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Greg has been with Lindstrom Restoration since 1981. For his first 27 years with us, he worked as a carpenter. He now brings his years of experience in the field to the Operations Department, to ensure that each project is finished efficiently and thoroughly. Greg is also part of the Mound Fire Department, where he has been a firefighter for over 25 years. He recently has been named the District Chief for the department. Greg enjoys spending time with his six children and wife, as well as sports and outdoor activities.

Ron joined the Lindstrom Restoration team in October 1994. For the past 15 years he has dedicated his work to quality relationships with customers and their homes, as well as the insurance company. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Education from the University of Wisconsin – Stout. After college, Ron taught high school Industrial Arts in Houston, Texas before deciding to switch careers, where he pursued a career as an adjuster for eight years. He has been married to his high school sweetheart for 25 years, and they have two children together.

Dennis has been with our company in the sales and estimating division for over ten years. He has enjoyed helping Lindstrom’s grow to the level it is currently at, and looks forward to contributing to the prospected growth we anticipate. He has worked with many different companies and associations, including Omega Management and the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, respectively. His previous work includes over twenty years of experience as an insurance adjuster. Dennis earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Dennis and his wife Debbie have been married for 34 years. They have three children together.

Mike has been a part of the Lindstrom Restoration team since 2001. As a part of our sales and estimating department, he has been a dedicated employee working with trusted insurance companies, such as American Family and State Farm. In his free time, he likes to watch and play many different types of sports, including hockey, golf, and skiing. Originally from North Dakota, Mike has enjoyed this chapter of his life living in the northern suburbs with his wife and three children.

Les has been involved in the property damage restoration business since 1986. His responsibilities have included loss administration from emergency response/mitigation, estimating, sales & marketing, and on-site management. He has carpentry apprenticeship from 1981 through 1984 with the Associated Builders and Contractors. Les has qualified for contractor licenses in California, Florida, and Minnesota. He also has a national Certified Mold Remediation license. He has also worked throughout the country on numerous catastrophic losses including the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in San Francisco, CA, 1992 Hurricane Andrew, Storm of the Century in 1993, the 2004 Florida hurricanes, 2005 Hurricane Katrina, and 2008 Hurricane Ike. Les is an avid golfer and also enjoys coaching hockey and baseball. Les and his wife, Judy, of 21 years, live in the southwest suburbs with their twin boys.

Todd became a part of the Lindstrom Restoration team three years ago. He works in our sales and estimating division of the company. Todd came to Lindstrom’s after being employed at the Dunwoody College of Technology for 15 years. He graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Stout, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Todd has been married for 17 years and loves spending time with his two boys. He also enjoys photography, golfing, playing basketball and baseball, attending local sporting events, and going to movies with his family. Todd and his family currently reside in Bloomington, MN.

Emily has been a part of Lindstrom Restoration since 2003. As a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, with a BA in Marketing Management, she has brought fresh, new ideas to the marketing efforts of Lindstrom’s. Besides marketing, Emily also specializes in the contents division of Lindstrom’s. In her spare time she enjoys teaching dance, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

In October of 1983, Doug had the opportunity to meet with Carl Lindstrom, the founder of Lindstrom’s, and his top management, where  he was offered the chance to join the Lindstrom team. Since then Doug has enjoyed seeing the growth of the company, and has had the pleasure of providing management with financial information to help with the growth and continued success of the business.

Michelle has been a crucial part of the Lindstrom Restoration team for over 15 years. She ensures that everything in our office can run efficiently and professionally. Michelle’s work allows every individual in the company to do their own job successfully. From HR Management to Records Management, Michelle continuously keeps our company running smoothly. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband John, being outside, and traveling. Michelle and John enjoy their home in the western suburbs.

This year Lindstrom Restoration has obtained a wonderful addition to our administrative staff. Paula has been part of our team since June 2008. She assists in numerous areas of the administrative department and has become an essential asset to Lindstrom’s. Recently married, Paula spends much of her time with her husband, reading, and spending time with her family, especially her two adored cats.
