When a fire begins in a multi-family unit it can be particularly damaging and detrimental to a large amount of people, as well as their belongings. Even if a fire or water damage begins in one unit it often spreads to many, especially direct neighbors. What can be especially damaging is the water that is used to put out the fire. Thousands of gallons of water are used to put out some of the large apartment fires and it can drain all the way through the bottom levels of the building. Causing lengthy damages to units that were unaffected by the fire itself. Likewise, frozen pipes can also cause the same damaging effect on a building.
Whether it is a 200-unit apartment building or a duplex we have experienced every type of building that is considered a multi-family unit complex. We understand the stress that is placed upon the owner of the building, as well as its residents. Our emergency crews are extremely dependable and always ready in the event of an emergency, including boarding up, water extraction, lighting, as well as heating needs. Take a look at some of our past projects as well as projects that are currently in the reconstruction process.

A 61-unit apartment building had a fire in the fall of 2008, leaving about 90 people homeless. The fire started in a third floor laundry room and then quickly spread throughout the attic of the building through a garbage shoot.
