We have experienced 25 years of dramatic changes in claims. Automation has brought challenges to property claims resolution. The distance created by technology has reduced the good relationships can accomplish when helping an insured come back after a covered loss. This course looks at those challenges from an ethical perspective.
What does the policy say? What does state statute say? These questions and more will be reviewed. Come and hear ideas you can use to add value to the policies you sell.

PM Class | How to Read Condominium Governing Documents:
12:30–4:30 PM 4 Credits
An insurance agent cannot properly write an HO6 without knowing what the Governing Documents say. Those documents determine insurable interest and articulate gaps in coverage that can be addressed in the HO6 policy. Assessments are a big issue right now. Understanding what the association will assess for and how much they will assess is essential. If you ever write HO6 policies on condo or townhome owners, this course is a must.
