The important thing to know is not what is covered, but what is NOT covered. There are subtle aspects that vary in different homeowner policies. Understanding the policy you are selling allows you as an insurance professional to add value to that policy. This course will give agents situations that vary from household to household that can create gaps in coverage. Many of these gaps and/exclusions can be remedied with an endorsement, but you have to understand the exclusions.
