Although liability claims are the biggest loss in insurance, they are not a common as property losses. This dramatically reduces the premiums. The last thing an agent wants to deal with is their insured having a claim that could have been easily insured, go uncovered costing the insured the value of the damage, and the agent the trust of their client. This course will give agents examples and analogies to use to explain important practical liability concepts which allows the consumer to make an informed decision.
