1936: The business is started as a sole proprietorship by Carl E Lindstrom.
1959: Business is incorporated as Lindstrom Contract Cleaning, Inc. and is focused on commercial janitorial services and residential restoration/cleaning due to insured catastrophes.
1970: Lindstrom Cleaning, Inc. and Big Bear Construction, Inc were formed in 1970.
1979: Commercial janitorial portion of business is sold.
1982: Current building located at 9621 10th Ave N Plymouth, MN is built.
