Richard Lindstrom
Chief Executive OfficerOver sixty years ago Dr. Lindstrom’s father, Carl Lindstrom, began a small cleaning company that eventually grew into what we know today as Lindstrom Restoration. Over 20 years ago Dr. Lindstrom became the Chairman and CEO of Lindstrom Restoration. As an internationally recognized ophthalmologist, Dr. Lindstrom continues to be involved in guiding the management team towards success.

Mike Lindstrom
PresidentMike Lindstrom marks the beginning of the third generation of Lindstrom Restoration. Mike started with the company as a Carpentry Laborer in 2006. In 2012, Mike entered the office as an Operations Manager and quickly progressed to becoming the President of the company. Mike is a licensed General Contractor in the state of MN, is a EPA Certified Renovator, Holds 4 certifications with the IICRC, and holds a BS in Construction Management from St. Cloud State University. Mike is a husband to Hannah and father to his four children; Eleanor, Zoe, Evelyn, and Dean. Mike’s passions are spending time with his family outdoors and working in a team setting.

Hannah Lindstrom
VP of FinanceHannah started at Lindstrom’s in March of 2013. Before becoming an important member of the team here, she worked at the St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Brainerd, for 6 years as an Applications Analyst in the medical records department. Hannah has a BS in Health Information Services with a minor in Information Technology. Hannah enjoys reading, spending time with her four children, and gardening.

Melissa Waudby
VP of ProductionMelissa is passionate about customer satisfaction, communication and collaboration. Melissa works between the estimating and operations departments to coordinate and expedite the process.

Logan Kessel
VP of SalesLogan joined the Lindstrom Restoration team in 2023 and had roles in various industries focused on improving individuals and organizations challenging circumstances. He has a passion for customer experience and helping find creative solutions to over-deliver on expectations while maintaining the highest level of quality. Logan believes in operating with integrity in all aspects of the process and maintaining open lines of communication. In his free time Logan loves spending time with his son, preferably outdoors; camping, hiking, fishing, hunting or enjoying a campfire. He also has a passion for learning and will always take your book, documentary or podcast recommendations.
Sales / Estimating

Larry Borgen
Business DevelopmentLarry has over 20 years of experience in property restoration, and another 17 in the insurance industry. He chose Lindstrom because he shares our passion for quality customer service, high ethics, and integrity. Larry also teaches business at Normandale Community College in Bloomington and enjoys helping students of all ages, races, religious backgrounds, and preferences to achieve their educational goals and career dreams. Larry enjoys jogging and hacking at golf balls. He is a fan of Minnesota sports as well as the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, whose internationally acclaimed music drowns out the stresses of the world.

Christine Soegaard
Sales Business DevelopmentChristine comes to Lindstrom with a background in design, marketing, sales, dog rescue, and child development management among other things. Christine enjoys learning about the hobbies and vacation spots of our vendors and insurance agents/adjusters. So far the list includes golf and Florida, although Arizona is a close second. When she isn't staring at numbers, letters, symbols, and graphics, she likes to crochet, procrastinate cooking dinner, spend time with her family, enjoy the outdoors, and read.

AJ Schoenecker
Senior EstimatorAJ comes to Lindstrom with a plethora of industry knowledge and a hardworking mindset. By doing things the right way and fighting for his customers, AJ embodies everything Lindstrom stands for and we are proud to have him on our team. When AJ isn’t on the job, he enjoys working on and adding to his quite impressive sports memorabilia collection.

Josh Iskierka
EstimatorJosh comes from a very diverse background including restoration, construction, fleet management, sales and semi-truck driving. Josh is excited about being at Lindstrom where he can utilize his skillset and passion for helping others. In his time away from work Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. His hobbies include anything outdoors, fishing, hunting, sports, leading a non-profit organization, pool and hockey.

Ryan Weststeyn
EstimatorRyan has been an estimator at Lindstrom since 2020. He moved to the Twin Cities from Central California where he previously worked as a project estimator in the agricultural deep well and irrigation industry. Prior to that, he spent a few years in the US Army and CA National Guard and gained experience working in agriculture, warehouse management, and commercial cleaning management. He loves working at Lindstrom and making a difference in helping our customers put their lives back together after a tragedy. In his spare time, he enjoys disc golfing, fishing, digging through bins of used vinyl at local record stores, and attending as many live music shows as humanly possible.

Jacob Johnson
EstimatorJacob has a well-rounded background in the restoration industry. He has worn a few hats at Lindstrom’s over the years. He is passionate about serving his community and helping in any time of need. He has worked for a couple of restoration companies over the 14 years in the industry and is happy to call Lindstrom home. He is responsible for the well-being of all plant and aquatic life in the office. When not working, you can find Jacob in his garden or on the disc golf course with his two sons in tow.
Production

Greg Palm
Incident ManagerGreg has been with Lindstrom since before Chicken McNuggets were invented. Not long after, he became a member of the Mound Fire Department. We will let you do the math on how many years that is. Greg is happily married with six children and five grandchildren. When he isn't calling people who know what they're doing and asking them what they're doing, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, softball, and other sports. He loves making people laugh, but so far that has not worked.

Ross Sanders
Mitigation Project ManagerRoss is our mitigation lead, he specializes in drying things out and repairing damage left by water and mold. One of his favorite parts about the business is working with people. He enjoys helping people and explaining the process to them. In his free time, he enjoys experiencing new foods. craft beers, and wine coolers. He enjoys cooking as well.

Charlotte Red Owl
Contents Project ManagerOne very important part of restoration is restoring the contents within the affected home or building. Charlotte has specialized in the contents side of the industry for the past ten years. She loves helping to make a home feel like home again after a loss. We are fortunate to have Charlotte as part of our team.
When she isn't carefully restoring contents, she spends time with her wonderful kiddos; Jayla, Uriah, and Xavier.
Charlotte also enjoys hiking, road trips, and gaming.

Madison Saari
Project CoordinatorMadison comes to Lindstrom with a BFA in Interior Design. Madison works behind the scenes to make sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish as well as works with homeowners who want to transform their home. Madison is passionate about solving problems creatively and taking someone’s vision and making it a reality. In her spare time, she enjoys thrifting for unique pieces of décor, being outside, and watching Vikings football.

Jason Marshall
Production ManagerJason found a home at Lindstrom over 20 years ago. Jason shares our passion for “doing it right no matter what.” Jason enjoys large, complicated projects such as apartment buildings, large loss residential fires, and commercial buildings. Jason is a loving husband and a proud father of his two boys. When not using laser levels and NASA coordinates to get the perfect siding lap, Jason enjoys hunting, fishing, skiing, and hanging out with his boys.

Amy Deml
Office ManagerAmy is usually the first friendly voice you hear when you call Lindstrom. With a background of 30+ years in healthcare, she knows a few things about customer-oriented service. After COVID, she decided to switch things up and we are now happy to have her as our office manager. When Amy isn't answering phones and scanning documents, she enjoys attending as many concerts and events as she can. Her hidden talent is tossing pizza dough, so far we haven't found a use for that in the office.

Site SupervisorScott has been with Lindstrom for over 30 years. His deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools enables him to tackle even the most complex carpentry challenges with confidence and efficiency.

Sean Matchan
Site SupervisorSean is a seasoned carpenter with 30 years of experience specializing in framing custom homes. He has been a valuable member of the Lindstrom team since 2019. Sean enjoys golfing when the weather is appropriate. When winter rolls around, he stays warm at the bowling alley. His expertise, attention to detail, and passion for carpentry make him a highly respected professional in the industry.

Matt Saari
Site SupervisorMatt is a seasoned professional with 21 years of experience in the industry, nearly 16 of which have been dedicated to Lindstrom Restoration, since 2008. When Matt is not showcasing his skills on the job, he enjoys pursuing various hobbies including golf, bowling, and bean bags. When the weather is right, you might even find him out kayaking with his girlfriend. Additionally, Matt's passion for sports extends to fantasy football. Matt has two children aged 25 and 21, he enjoys spending Sundays watching football with both of them. Matt also shares his life with two beloved dogs, Buddy and Abel, who are his loyal and trusted companions.

Verne Morrow
Site SupervisorVerne has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Outside of work you can find him fishing, playing disc golf, or even playing foosball. Aside from his work and hobbies, Verne finds fulfillment in spending quality time with family. Being a proud grandparent, he cherishes every moment with his three granddaughters who keep him very busy.

Terry White
Site SupervisorTerry White brings over 38 years of industry expertise to Lindstrom Restoration, where he has been an invaluable team member since 2019. In his free time, you can find him officiating football, wrestling, and boys lacrosse games at both the high school and youth levels, showcasing his love for sports. He also enjoys playing softball, broomball, biking, and kayaking. As a true sports enthusiast, Terry cheers for his local teams, including the Vikings, Twins, and Wild. Terry is happily married, celebrating 30 years of marriage, and is the proud father of two sons.
