Over sixty years ago Dr. Lindstrom’s father, Carl Lindstrom, began a small cleaning company that eventually grew into what we know today as Lindstrom Restoration. Over 20 years ago Dr. Lindstrom became the Chairman and CEO of Lindstrom Restoration. As an internationally recognized ophthalmologist, Dr. Lindstrom continues to be involved in guiding the management team towards success.

Hannah started at Lindstrom’s in March of 2013. Before becoming an important member of the team here, she worked at the St. Joseph’s Medical Center, Brainerd, for 6 years as an Applications Analyst in the medical records department. Hannah has a BS in Health Information Services with a minor in Information Technology. Hannah enjoys reading, spending time with her four children, and gardening.

Melissa is passionate about customer satisfaction, communication and collaboration. Melissa works between the estimating and operations departments to coordinate and expedite the process.

Lori brings many years of sales leadership experience to Lindstrom. Her years in manufacturing, software and, most recently, multifamily have taught her how to focus on the client experience and she knows the importance of teamwork and strong communication. Lori is excited about joining the leadership team so that she can help to make a positive impact in the communities Lindstrom serves. She is an avid sports fan (particularly college football) and will plan her weekends from August – January around watching games. She enjoys cooking, crafting, reading and spending time with her family and friends.

Sam Jerin joined Lindstrom bringing with him his extensive background in exterior restoration & remodeling. Sam enjoys building relationships within the community and helping others. When he is not at work he spends his time with his wife and two daughters. They enjoy spending time on the lake and socializing around the campfire.

Ross works for Lindstrom Restoration as a business developer. He has a keen understanding of the industry stemming from experience working in the field. Ross has a proactive approach and commitment to excellence that makes him an invaluable asset to our team. In his free time, he enjoys experiencing new foods. craft beers, and spending time with his fiancé. He enjoys cooking as well.

Larry has nearly 30 years of experience restoration, and another 17 in the insurance industry. He chose Lindstrom because he shares our passion for quality customer service, high ethics, and integrity. Larry formerly taught business courses at Normandale Community College in Bloomington. Larry enjoys jogging and hacking at golf balls. He is a fan of Minnesota sports as well as the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, whose internationally acclaimed music drowns out the stresses of the world. Larry is also a fan of craft beer.

Christine comes to Lindstrom with a background in design, marketing, sales, dog rescue, and merchandising management among other things. From social media management to content creation, Christine is committed to delivering innovative solutions that elevate the Lindstrom brand. When she isn’t staring at numbers, letters, symbols, and graphics, she likes to crochet, procrastinate cooking dinner, spend time with her family, enjoy the outdoors, and read.

Josh comes from a very diverse background including restoration, construction, fleet management, sales and semi-truck driving. Josh is excited about being at Lindstrom where he can utilize his skillset and passion for helping others. In his time away from work Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and two young boys. His hobbies include anything outdoors, fishing, hunting, sports, leading a non-profit organization, pool and hockey.

Madison comes to Lindstrom with a BFA in Interior Design. Madison works behind the scenes to make sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish as well as works with homeowners who want to transform their home. Madison is passionate about solving problems creatively and taking someone’s vision and making it a reality. In her spare time, she enjoys thrifting for unique pieces of décor, being outside, and watching Vikings football.

One very important part of restoration is restoring the contents within the affected home or building. Charlotte has specialized in the contents side of the industry for the past ten years. She loves helping to make a home feel like home again after a loss. We are fortunate to have Charlotte as part of our team.
When she isn’t carefully restoring contents, she spends time with her wonderful kiddos; Jayla, Uriah, and Xavier.
Charlotte also enjoys hiking, road trips, and gaming.

Mel loves details, clear communication, and being a resourceful support for homeowners. Mel is responsible for managing the scheduling and timeline of projects within our repairs department, working closely with our team, subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure every project is done correctly and efficiently. She has a long history in customer success roles as well as working through large projects with a need for high attention to detail and is excited to bring her experience to the Lindstrom team. When not in Outlook and Smartsheet, Mel can be found with her family, cooking, reading, watching cooking shows, camping, spending time at her local church, or traveling to be with family out of state. She is a wife of nearly a decade and a mom to three young kids.

Drew found a home at Lindstrom In November of 2019. With over 10 years of experience in Mitigation, Drew loves the daily challenges that problem solving complex issues. When he is not at work he spends his free time four wheeling, three wheeling and enjoying all motorsports, video games, and recreational shooting. Drew loves this company so much that he brought his wife to work here as well!

Amy is usually the first friendly voice you hear when you call Lindstrom. With a background of 30+ years in healthcare, she knows a few things about customer-oriented service. After COVID, she decided to switch things up and we are now happy to have her as our office manager. When Amy isn’t answering phones and scanning documents, she enjoys attending as many concerts and events as she can. Her hidden talent is tossing pizza dough, so far we haven’t found a use for that in the office.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience from her diverse background in management, hospitality, and education. She excels at organizing and thriving in dynamic environments, always ensuring that her team feels supported and empowered. Her friendly dog, Walter, is delighted that his mom is now part of the team, often joining Sarah at work to “paw-ticipate” in the day’s activities.

Scott has been with Lindstrom for over 30 years. His deep understanding of construction techniques, materials, and tools enables him to tackle even the most complex carpentry challenges with confidence and efficiency.

Matt is a seasoned professional with 21 years of experience in the industry, nearly 16 of which have been dedicated to Lindstrom Restoration, since 2008. When Matt is not showcasing his skills on the job, he enjoys pursuing various hobbies including golf, bowling, and bean bags. When the weather is right, you might even find him out kayaking with his girlfriend. Additionally, Matt’s passion for sports extends to fantasy football. Matt has two children aged 25 and 21, he enjoys spending Sundays watching football with both of them. Matt also shares his life with two beloved dogs, Buddy and Abel, who are his loyal and trusted companions

Verne has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Outside of work you can find him fishing, playing disc golf, or even playing foosball. Aside from his work and hobbies, Verne finds fulfillment in spending quality time with family. Being a proud grandparent, he cherishes every moment with his three granddaughters who keep him very busy.
